This hot and humid weather reminds me of the days I lived in Japan. That was really long time ago but I do remember how hot the summer was in Tokyo. Unfortunately, the air quality is getting bad comparing to those my childhood, you definitely need to protect yourself from getting heat exhaustion, characterized by nausea and headaches.
