Energy Pancake

Flourless pancake, packed with protein and healthy fat.


  • 1 Ripe banana
  • 3 eggs
  • 3TBSP Almond Butter (or Peanuts, sunflower seed)
  • 1TBSP Coconuts oil


  1. Add all the ingredients except the coconuts oil in a blender to mix them.
  2. Grease the heated pan or griddle and pour 1TBSP of the mixture into the pan or griddle.
  3. Cook about 2 minutes each side
  4. Serve with maple syrup, fruits jam, or coconuts syrup.ImageImage
