Flourless pancake, packed with protein and healthy fat.
- 1 Ripe banana
- 3 eggs
- 3TBSP Almond Butter (or Peanuts, sunflower seed)
- 1TBSP Coconuts oil
- Add all the ingredients except the coconuts oil in a blender to mix them.
- Grease the heated pan or griddle and pour 1TBSP of the mixture into the pan or griddle.
- Cook about 2 minutes each side
- Serve with maple syrup, fruits jam, or coconuts syrup.
