Spring Detox Gluten Free Cooking Class

Using good alkaline foods, chef Hideyo has created wonderful detox recipes. You can add these delicious alkaline meals to your diet, so that you become less acidic. Hideyo demonstrates that detox can be tasty!


  • Buckwheat Berry Risotto with Spring Vegetables
  • Raw Kale Salad with Cucumber and Pumpkin seeds dressing
  • Chinese Style Marinade Tempe and Fresh Vegetables
  • Roasted Fennel and Beets with Tahini Sauce
